Is it possible to ping the proxies you harvest through a proxy?

I believe Scrapebox uses your IE or Firefox API. So it will use whatever your settings are there. Give it a try.. You can use packet capture software TCPview, or wireshark to see what IP it connecting to.

If it uses firefox that would be sick, foxyproxy is a great program.

I need to generate about 10-20k serp links off of google a day, and it eats through proxies. I need to get at least 6-7 pages in on every search.
