ScrapeBox Problem --- Please help

From last few days my SB fast Poster is not working. Whenever I try to start fast poster it says " Some or all required data missing" (please see the image). All other modules are working well. I submitted a ticket on their site but got no reply till now.

Do you have the learner v2 plugin installed?

Try to post in the Scrapebox official thread, you might get a quicker answer there.

Yes... but I have installed it a few months ago

When you install the new poster addon and run it for the first time, it should download 30 or so platforms. On a few people's machine for whatever reason such as ScrapeBox being run out of the .zip file, write permissions in the folder, the download being blocked etc has prevented all the platforms being downloaded. Therefore when you try and comment it says "Some or all required data is missing" because there's no platform files.

If this happens just click "Platforms" on the harvester then "Check for More Platforms" to force it to download the platform files and ensure the window below is populated with a list of platforms.

Also ensure you are running the latest version of ScrapeBox and the addon.

Thank you so much, that's working and a better method than deleting scrapebox and reinstall it.
