Scrapebox & Private proxies

I recently bought 20 private proxies and am not sure what to use them for within scrapebox or how they'd be influenced by different actions. So far I've only been using public proxies for all my tasks and now private proxies for just posting. Is it safe to use private proxies for checking links aswell ? What about scraping ?

Definitely shut off your proxies while checking links...you don't need them for this.
Also if you are scraping KW or checking PR...alwaysuse public proxies

I don't even use proxies for checking links. Sure you can scrape with them, but they might get temporarily blocked fairly fast.
