Hey Blackhatters,

I was bored and decided to do a side by side speed comparison with paid proxies vs shared proxies in Scrapebox. (yes I was bored)

Haha thanks ... Camtasia is fun to play around with so I figured I'd make something that might be of some value to SB users.

Thanks for the kind words guys and for anyone wondering I made it in Camtasia Studio 7. It's probably the easiest screen capture and video editing software around. Anyone interested in making videos should check it out.
 
Should we be using paid shared proxies or private ones only?

I mean for the price, shared proxies are great. Will I get enough SEO variety out of 25 proxies a month?
 
I was convinced b4 watching video but video brings it home. If public proxies are 3Xs as slow and less effective when scraping then even moreso when commenting. Thanks OP.

In my opinion it depends on how many people are using those private proxies. But let's say you share those proxies with another 2 users who are blasting with scrapebox 24/7 or even worse who are harvesting with those private proxies. I think private proxies dedicated are the best solutions even there are more expensive.
 
i find my AA lists via backlink checker method. i just use shared proxies (paid shareds) to check backlinks of other sites.

i run without using proxy, i get almos %60-70 success with no pruxy scrapebox run? i dont get why but when i bought some of 10 vip proxy , results were bad... i dont know maybe i must get hunderds of vip proxy but this means $$$??

if someone can teach me "how can i do my own proxies via using a dedicated?" this can help us.

but less numbers of vip proxy, no mean...
 
love the vid - i'll be doing manually and shared proxies for a bit but it's nice to see what you can get from private proxies
 
Great video but you know the proxies that scrapebox gives as default really do suck as they are used by everyone using scrapebox!

I know I'm digging up an old thread. I figured it was better to stay relevant than to make a new one.

How many proxies would you recommend to load into scrapebox? I'm always worried about burning out my proxies.

I did an index check with 10 semi-private ones on about 1K URL's and it started to show "IP-blocked" in the results. I had it set on maximum 1 connection in the options.
