scrapebox phone number grabber crashing scrapebox

Anyone else have this problem? I've tried many things from segmenting my lists down into 100k url segments to tripling my RAM (6GB) to trying older versions of the app and scrapebox is still crashing at random when I scrape phone numbers from a list of urls using the phone number grabber. There isn't anything I can see in my url data that is making it crash. Can't find anyone else talking about this problem online. Any help or suggestions appreciated thanks.

my scrapebox scrapes emails and links fine, it's just the phone grabber that crashes the app at random

and then they will want the crash file, which is the bugreport.txt file in the configuration folder. But make sure you attach it, and don't just paste in teh contents, else it will mess it up.
