Scrapebox payment problem

Hi All,

I am trying to buy ScrapeBox from BHW discount link, and I have problem with payment processing, receiving message: "Return to merchant and try a different payment method
We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available)."

Some suggestions please?

It's possible to pay a VAT in plus .. DO you have exactly money for scrapebox ?

VAT in plus? .. Why? .... I have enough money on my account to buy it....

It sounds like paypals fraud protection filter, they purchased an advanced protection company based in Israel. One time I couldn't use my visa to pay through paypal and they told me their system flags certain payment methods based on whatever filters they have setup. Just use a different card/bank account or paypal account. Your original method of payment will work again in a few transactions or a few days/weeks.

Something is wrong with your PP account. Just bought next scrapebox license with no problems.

I have the same problem, i'm used GSM provider connection with dynamics IP when purchased it

from some forum said probably our account have been review
then i'll wait 2x24 hours

after 2x24 i use connection from my office (i dont know this is static or dynamic IP), and Bingoo problem solved
