Scrapebox (or other) scraping by location?

I need to build up a list of emails for organisations in a defined geographic location. To be honest this is pretty much a hobby enquiry as it's not my niche. But I'm a musician and want to reach out to other musicians within 100 miles of me. There are TONS of bands listed on Facebook and bandcamp, but it's damn near impossible to tell where they're actually based without manually going through each page and looking for a location.

So I'm wondering if there's any way I could use scrapebox to do the legwork for me. The problem with the keyword 'band' is that it means too many things.

Has anyone got any bright ideas?

Hire a guy on Upwork to do it for you.

I did consider setting my VA at it, but there are tens of thousands of bands, the scope is too large for it to be worth paying a human to manually harvest.
