Scrapebox only 1 connection problem

Hi! I tried to find solution before starting this thread but no luck so far. Couple of days my scrapebox work great but last days I experience problems with scraping etc. My list is so poor and can't scrape more then 100 results. I think main cause of this problem is that Scrapebox use only 1 connection. My list of proxies is fresh, google accepted.. Tried to grab proxies from many different sources and everything is the same...
Is someone experiencing same problems ? What should I do ?
I contacted Scrapebox support 5 days ago, no reply.. Is this product discontinued ?
