Today when i am trying to run scrapebox its not responding. However its showing license was registered by this name but none of the buttons working, its looks like it is not responding but their is no error, i have to quit the program through task manager. please help, i am running on Win 7.

Perhaps you should start looking at other alternative. Gscraper works much better and they even offer the free version with certain features being limited.
They have a sales thread here in bhw. You should have a look at it.

a rep to promo him into new software, he clearly asked if anyone can help
him figure out why his s/box wont load, so stop jacking the topic over to

Before contacting support, try rebooting your computer. That may sound stupid, but clears up problems 90% of the time.

Just an update, a short time ago the ScrapeBox website was targeted by a heavy ddos attack from someone out of China so unfortunately no license transfers can be processed at this time. The provider is currently investigating the attack, but i don't have an eta yet on when it will be resolved.

still rebooting pc can't solve the problem. Same problem like software hanged nothing working there, even i unable to press button or menu..

Running fine. Just a little slow to load up, and no license/update connection to the servers, but good on the developers for having the safety nets in place to allow the software to even run. When this happened to Sick Submitter servers a month or so back, the entire software didn't work for several days. Makes you wander what asshole developer scoops low enough to try to win sales by these shady tactics. Douche bags.
