Holy shit. Sweetfunny, I'm feeling really sorry for you, having to deal with some of the idiots in this thread.
It's $57 dollars, not a damn new car! If you've used it for a month already, you shouldn't really even be contacting support any more. Have some respect for what she does for you, working 7 days a week for a small life time fee from all of you. It's a lifetime license, yet I'm told some of you idiots have submitted 200-300 tickets since you bought your license in 2009!
Lifetime license doesn't mean one you purchase, you should receive support for a lifetime. It also doesn't mean the software will last for a lifetime. It means your license won't be disabled, while the software remains functional.
I wouldn't be surprised to see a revamp to the support system, no more email support, just a web-based ticket system that only works if you transaction ID is newer than X months.
@beer60 It doesn't matter how much it costed, that does not dictate how much security there should be. Just because someone gives you a good deal, and makes less than what they should have charged you, doesn't justify degrading the security. If you knew half you what you were talking about, maybe you'd own a software.
Even thought it doesn't affect me, thanks to everyone who has patience and is maintain some respect for the hard-working developer. Seriously, every developer on the face of the earth thanks you, and you know who you are: The people who start their support ticket off with "Sorry to bother you..." or "I know it's the weekend but...", and the people who do not mark their email as 'high importance', etc.
