[Scrapebox] Not Working

Hi, I would like to transfer my scrapebox to another computer I can ping the servers but other two tests (access time and Authentication test) do not work: red box. I suspend antivirus and firewall for a while but nothing change. When I close Server Access Test, Scrapebox freezes. It's block. What I need? Suggestions?

Excuse me, No one can tell me with who have I to talk to fix my problem? Otherwise I will sell my licence to others.

If you already transfered the software to your new machine, your license is not yet activated on the new machine and you don't have access to the servers.
