ScrapeBox Needs Better Support or atleast let us activate our own software!

    Problem solve.... THANKS TO Sweetfunny for helping me with the problem, and putting up with my childish foolishness. I only did it out of the love of scrape box!!!! thanks

    They've always helped me and response was very fast. Contacted them quite a few times and never had any problems.

    Thanks for the reply mijamoto, you're probably right the last few time I use activate my account function it was done with in a few hours no problem. But this time is a terrible. I'm not trying to get into an argument on wither scrapebox service is good or not I just want to use it!!!!

    I think you will be able to use it tomorrow :) I was having the same problem, but then I red somewhere that you can activate your license only once per month. ;)

    U know how many people using this software? U know how many customer support stuff they handle?

    U get a top software which in my opinion is worth a couple of hundred bucks at least for basically nothing.

    Stop whining and wait.

    Ask them politely for help while emphasizing the fact that you've already waited quite a while.

    In the past Scrapebox support has been very helpful, albeit difficult since they are in Australia, but still helpful and quick to help regardless.

    You got 0 respond? Really, except you got the email about testing the server connection plus you got 2 more replies about the debug log making 3 replies in total. The solution was in the very first reply you got, but you either didn't read past the first line in the email or chose to ignore the solution because it didn't suit you.

    Hey Sweetfunny,

    I believe your the one that is talking to me in email, first I apologize if didn't make my self clear enough in my post. It is my fault. And you're right you have been helping me, but let me clearfy myself. YEs you have told me to
    "If you have reformatted or changed PC's then you will need to submit a license transfer: http://www.scrapebox.com/scrapebox-license-transfer"

    And your right I have read that apart, but I have submitted 4 license transfer since last Friday. I understand you guys are busy, and I appreciate you trying to help. What I meant by no reply is I have not gotten anything from the license transfer department.

    Again I'm not trying to cause any more problem, I'm simply seeking for help.

    I just hate it when people can't wait a few hours and open threads making them look like idiots :)

    I still haven't received my activation. Does anybody know an email to contact them. there website just says something about there Web host is down.
