Scrapebox - My IP blacklisted

I use SB for 2 weeks, Yesterday i found, that my own IP was blacklisted and i couldnt open some websites (like this). On wesite: botscout(dot)com i found my ip and some fake emails from scrabebox i used. I use proxy from SB.

use private proxies and wont have problems

yes use premium proxies

I was shocked, when i read this: "A lesser known drawback is that public proxies can actually reveal your real IP caused by their instability." I never read on net, what's happened me...
