I just wanted to know if you guys are experiencing issues using Moz with Scrapebox or just in general. I've signup for a few moz accounts using different servers, and it seems every account I make gets banned within a few hours. I even had one account get banned before I had a chance to use it. I should note that I created the accounts using the Ip of different servers I have running. So it is possible someone else that held the Ip's before me abused the moz service.

I'm thinking of investing in some dedicated proxies and giving it another go, but i'm wondering if it's even worth the time to setup each account if there just going to get banned so quickly. So is this normal Moz behavior? Also is there another program or api I can run my domains past to give me some reliable metric's?

    thanks

    Danny

I haven't created any new moz accounts recently, but if I were going to do it Id try one from your home ip or office ip etc... Rather then a server I mean.

I have old moz accounts that work fine, but moz has gotten pretty agressive in the past few months. They lowered their limit of requests from 1 million to 25K per month, then they installed incapsula to try and block all sorts of legitimate requests etc.. so it wouldn't surprise me if the are ban happy on accounts.

No doubt since google shut down page rank, and moz is probably the best free source, that everyone is turning to moz for free metrics and they are probably under heavy load and expense to provide such.

But I can't actually say for sure if its normal, but I haven't heard anyone else complain of it.

I can't use any Moz accounts with Scrapebox either. Even with brand new Moz accounts, I get an "error" from Scrapebox.
