Hi guys, I am not sure how you handle your project, but after 3 days of scraping posting to small targeted list I need to revise the list management process to simplify it all.

Would you care to share your project management approach?

1) How to merge URLs lists (30+ lists combining by hand in different variation - that would be pain in the neck)
2) How to exclude posted URLs from the lists - again, original posts are spread across the list.
3) How to exclude posted but not approve, let's say within 30 days, from posted list.

etc...

Can you please share your flow of actions?

First of all, i dont want to be rude but since you have "some " questions, why dont you open a thread only and bumping it with a new question?:p

For the management:

-i have a folder for each website for the posted and for the found backlinks
-i have some master files with big lists of blogs categorised by platform. i also try to list autoapprove blogs in this folder.
-When i start the blasting i will always use the "import and compare at domain level" function to remove blogs where i have posted in the past ( just in case).

If you post once then you "shouldnt" post again for the same website. If you post and your comment was not approved, dont waste your time trying again.

Thank you, bakxos, even though i didn't understsnd your suggestion in the first sentence ;-)

Ok, it seems I do it a bit different.

1) I don't post to large lists to have comments targeted to a topic.
2) I don't correlate a project with one web site - when I blast comments, I dedicate to it let's say 10 different URLs that SB will randomly pick.
3) I am not afraid to post on the same web site with the same URL, I rather want to make sure that the same comment will not be posted, as all my comments (campaigns) are very different.

Therefore I (and whoever find this approach more suitable for them) need to figure out the way to exclude (let's say posted or approved) not from a master list, but from multiple small lists.

I'm still trying to figure out what you're talking about in that first statement there.

He means that you should have titled your thread in question form. The title as it is looks as if you're going to give us efficiency tips.

:) well, the good news - hopefully, someone else will...
how are you guys handling your list management?

Speaking of lists... I am a bit unsure what's happening.
I harvested a new list with custom foottprint.
I commented selecting Wordpress blogs.
then commented on the same list selecting Movable blogs (which of course should be different blogs from the list). Bust statistics a bit scares me.

WP - about 55% of posts successful... (didn't check exactly)
same approx 55% for movable...
How can it be?

I hope somehow it's not sending to the same blogs... Any thoughts?

In my case it's never more than 20% success, may be due to free proxy list but
I am happy with 20% too. But When I confirm my back links through SB, rate of confirmation is too low. I never found more than 5%. Should I check or confirm after a day.

@observer + @ForeverNever

Posted = SB reported "SUCCESS" when posting.
Found = Links found after you checked the "SUCCESS" links with the "Check Links".

Remember: "Success" does not mean your link is there, only that it was submitted successfully.

What really counts if the "found" links.

Why do you keep posting this bijender007k?

If you are looking to sell, you need to open a BST thread. Preselling in other people 's threads is not allowed.
