Scrapebox List Manipulation

Ok here's what I want to do. I have a list of 5k blogs, I split into 5 different list. I Run scrapebox with one list everyday. Now next week I will harvest another list of about 5K and want it to be completely different from the first one.

The only way I know to remove duplicates would be to merge the two lists and remove duplicates.

Now if I do that,I will have a big list but I want to keep the second list separated from the first one..

Any one has a technique (or a SP function that's obvious but I don't know ) to make this happen?

If you insist.

Load your fresh list in to the harvester grid, then click Import >> Select URL Lists to Compare and select your previously commented list.

Done, the harvester will have only unique URL's now. You can also compare on a domain level to retain only unique domains as well.
