ScrapeBox linkchecker error

I'm trynna verify whether some backlinks are actually on my site but am getting error ssl/tls support not compiled on ScrapeBox. All was working well on my old laptop but am getting this error on my new laptop. What could be the problem?

Are you using the free link checker or an actual copy of scrapebox?

Is your scrapebox up to date? ssl has been supported for years, but if there is an issue the first thing to do is update to the latest version 2.1.0.27 at the time of this writing, assuming your on windows.

Else try just downloading an entire fresh copy of scrapebox and unzip it to a new folder on your desktop as perhaps some files were damaged

also add an exception for the entire scrapebox folder in all security software to make sure security software is not altering the files.

Make sure you use Windows 2012+
