Scrapebox Link Checker, Anything better?

The scrapebox link checker only seems to show a small amount of the backlinks I actually have... When I use it, it shows only 12 backlinks to my site, but from my Google Webmaster Tools "Links to your site", it shows 250+ links from 75+ domains...

Any better method to actually check all the URLS linking to me? - unfortunately webmaster tools does not show the entire URL, but only the domain.

well it works, but the results it returns are low... maybe that's the definition of "does not work" though lol
