scrapebox license?

I was just about to purchase scrapebox, but my bday is coming up and I have a feeling i might be getting a macbook pro but im not sure. I cant wait two weeks, I really need to buy scrapebox and learn it asap. Someone told me that purchasing it once only gets you one license, therefore you can only use it on 1 comp. Im just curious how hard it is to transfer it to a different comp? Does it cost anything? Is it a hassle? I would be patient and just wait, but now is the perfect time for me to start learning it. Any help is appreciated thank you ;)

You can buy it and transfer the license when you get your new computer. After you get the new system just send Sweetfunny an email and she will transfer it over immediately. I did the same thing a while back and was surprised how quickly and easily the process was. I don't think Scrapebox support ever sleeps. You will enjoy the program...gl
 
i wiped my harddrive and reinstalled SB i sent a email SF
and SB was reactivated within 2 hours.....their support is
super swift
 
right on sounds good thanks guys. just curious though, it runs alright on macs?
 
so it can't be used on 2 different computers under 1 license? i intend to use it 2 do 2 sets of campaigns simultaneously. so that's not possible unless i buy different copy for each pc? yikes, i failed to read about that part...

You can run as many instances of ScrapeBox as your computer hardware allows, granted it's on the same computer.

So technically, you can run multiple campaigns ... just not on two computers with one license.

Just throw a copy of ScrapeBox in separate directories and away you go. SB doesn't go through all that ghetto Windows installer bloat BS, it's a fine tuned piece of lean software.
 
sorry to raise this from the long dead, but i have a similar issue. I don't really want to run multiple scrapeboxes at the same time, but i would like to have it installed in different computers (only one will be used at a time). I do my work on at least 4 computers, the home desktop, the work desktop, my GF laptop, and my laptop; and i have been working fine with this, since i keep all important data on gmail, and other programs i use are website based and have their own ****** accounts.

Can i ever expect to have this kind of flexibility with scrapebox ?
