No, you need to transfer from one computer to another.
If you want to run SB on both computerw at the same time, you need to buy 2 licenses.

But know you can only transfer from one computer to another once a month. If you try to do it more often you'll not get the transfer. If you really need to run it from two locations you need two licenses.
