Scrapebox License Transfer lol?

Hey, I bought a VPS from xsserver and transfered my SB license to it. When registering SB in my VPS I used paypal etc from my other PC. I got the e-mail confirming the transfer after a few hours.

Now comes the fun part: When I open SB in the right corner it says SB is registered on a whole different name?!
How could that happen? I entered my SB confirmation details and not from somebody else.

What can I do? :D

not sure but maybe xsserver have their own licenses for SB so its not needed to use your license
 
XSServer don't clean up their servers properly after a previous contract end, you are using someone elses registrered version, because they moved their SB license to that exact setup when they had it.

Shame on XSServer, I stopped using them after their network speed started to suck.

I guess that's the case but when I transfer my license with MY details how come that SB takes a different one?

I really don't want that somebody now has to buy another SB license, I have to transfer it again I guess... :O

What do you mean by don't clean up the servers, once client left the servers we delete his whole vps and it is not possible to use some one's vps without know what password he was using. It would be better if you ask with the software vendor. I just want to make clear that we DO NOT use any others server or re use the client's vps. I hope it is clear for you !

It has nothing to do with XSServer. It's a bug in SB - but shot them a mail and get the error corrected.
 
just consult those guys of scrapebox they mite help u out
