Scrapebox issue?

I've been scraping the past few days with everything going as planned with no issues. However this morning after restarting my computer and scrapebox, I am only pulling google account URLs like the one below:

Another question.. Why everytime I turn on VPN and enable proxy (Private or not Private) while harvesting, there is no result. But when I turn off Proxy, and only use VPN, I can harvest about 50k-60k URL..

Is it safe if using scrapebox using VPN only? or we still need private proxy?

I use stormproxies. Last year the scraping is fine. Today when I scraping google I got too many errors from scrapebox. When I disable the proxy, the scraping is fine. I guess there are too many people use stormproxies now. Maybe I should look for other sellers.
