[scrapebox] How to harvest sites using japan keywords?

I want to use custom footprint in japan language , for example "ã¦ã€æ¢…ä½³ä»£ã•ã‚“ã¸ã®" and scrapebox change it to "(????????)" and harvest wrong pages, when i put this footprint in google or yahoo i got results what i need , what is wrong ?

Try this:
Make a hotmail account and send yourself the text you want. Copy it from hotmail and paste it in scrapebox.
Its encoding problem so there should be a workaround.
