[ScrapeBox] How do i scrape only auto-approval blogs?

Hello, so i just bought scrapebox and i watched a few videos and learned how to scrape some lists but can i scrape only AA blog lists? Is that possible? Is there any video on the web that i can watch and learn how to do that?
