Scrapebox - Help with starting a comment blast

Hello,
I've reached breaking point on persevering with off-white hat and decided to run a few deeper grey experiments.

I've had Scrapebox for a while and know my way around it, and have a dozen or so private proxies so should be able to use it relatively well. I want to try spamming a few hundred blogs with a comment and my associated sites link, but am a bit stuck on how to do this. Does anyone have a link to an idiots guide to doing this? I guess I'm concerned about being able to scrape a list of urls that will accept comments that scrapebox can generate.

Any help with a start on the dark arts would be appreciated

Scrapebox posts to blog comments, not forums. If you meant to say blogs and not forums, the best resource I could ever give you would be Loopline's videos. He's on this forum.
