Scrapebox Help. Please!

Sorry for opening a new post for this, but i did not seem to get an answer from the troubleshoot section.
Here is my problem:
Bought Scrapebox yesterday.
- Windows 7
- Dedicated PC
- Private proxies bought
- Latest version used

Problems:
- It says that the comments were posted successfully but when i go to the check link option, it turns out that NONE of the links are there.
I have tried it many times, so its not about approving comments or not. NO akismet issues, i tried like only 50 comments so far. Wordpress and other methods tried too.
BUT:
- the manual commenting works perfectly and the software recognizes all fields, so there is a problem with the automatic poster.
As i said i have harvested only 1 keyword and maybe 40-50 blogs and never succeeded in posting.

Please advise me what to do next.
Maybe you guys have the same issue but dont even know about it because sbox says: (as an example) out of 3000 blogs 2120 succeeded. But use the check links feature!
Maybe its only me.

Well... just because it says "succeeded" doesn't mean you have a link... it means it was successfully submitted to the site. Most of them are likely in moderation... which is why everyone talks about creating good comments, because you still have to get through the blog owner screening process in many cases.

You'll see people here giving all kinds of numbers as far as actual links go. For instance, I am playing with SB today... I had commented "successfully" to 2,000 blogs however of that only about 40 or so links will actually appear (auto approve). Some of the rest will hopefully be approved.

I hear people talking about a 1% actual success rate! Could be more... but don't expect to see 1,500 links when it says 1,500 success...

Lets say i have a "money" site. However its for free Anyways...
So i have a site i need hits to, SEO, etc.
So i put Anchor text (for example: Best dentist) in the name field
And my url: iamthebestdentist dot com in the url section
And for comment you do not comment any urls only "nice things"?
And for the "money site" are you posting the same links to all the sites?
I mean how can you alternate it if you only have one money site?

No Problem mnemonic9... I far from a Scrapebox Guru... LOL... still figuring it out myself. I've been frustrated with it lately but it mostly turned out to be my computer. When I changed the license to my desktop my results improved dramatically!

Anyway, its ok if you have only one money site... just use that. What you can do tho to help not get blocked is that you can rotate your anchor text. In scrapebox "names" you can list 4 or 5 different names which will be the rotating anchor text. Like: Best Dentist, Great Dentist, Dentist thats great, and you can even add in a couple of actual names as well, to make it look more natural... joe jones, bob smith, whatever.

Truly, spend time on the comments... thats where your success will be. The better they are, the better the results.

Also, if your site has more than one page you can change the url that the anchor text links to as well, if you want to promote a deeper page.

Yes, thats exactly right. Not a bad idea to buy some auto approve high PR lists that you can post to. Of course they don't last forever... but they sure are nice.

But, you can start to develop your own list now as well, just for your personal list. I'm finding out it takes awhile, but I'm starting to get some. Today I picked up about 40 AA blogs, of course they are not all DF... but, at this point I'm happy to take what I can get as I continue to learn.

oh yeah - i forgot scrapebox can do blog commenting as well!!

To begin with visit youtube and search for scrapebox. Watch all related videos and you will understand pretty much everything you need to know as a beginner. If you have no idea what you are doing,then obvisously you are wasting your time.Scrapebox works perfectly but you need to make it work.

Try to watch the videos please.IF you have and you still have problems, here are some tips:
1. Some blogs(maybe a lot) are moderated so make sure to use nice comments. Not editted default comments in spammed blogs=fail
2. Use blogegine for the beginning since its more frequent to find autoapprove blogs.

Submited means that scrapebox posted the comment. Nothing more,nothing else. Some blogs are auto approve while some are not. If your comment is nice and your anchor text/name is not something weird, your comments might appear in like 2days -1 week.

I have addons to watch the traffic of my site live and i can tell you what when i post in wp, webmasters always check who posted. Thats Free traffic and that means that its important for some webmaster to know who posted,what has been posted and which is the website that its posted in their comments!

But my anchor text HAS TO BE the keyword i want to rank for, as we all know is the "name" field. So i cant be too nice and just use names like Bob, John, Jack because i will not acchieve anything SEO wise right?
So i HAVE TO use weird names like BEST BREAST IMPLANTS or sg like that.
Or am i wrong here?

If you roll with names like best breast implants a tonne of your comments are either gonna get auto-pitched into the spam folder or deleted by blog admins. Just saying...

Sure Greg, but if i enter something else it "will not count" i mean it will not make my google position better if i enter a different keyword. Lets say i want to rank for flowers on google, i have to enter flowers which is my keyword right? If i enter nice flowers (which is not the one i want to rank for) than its not effective i guess. I know its better to rank for long-tail keywords, but still, i have only one.
What would you do? Lets assume our keyword is flowers and you own a site veryniceflowers dot com.
I have already ranked no.1 for a nice long-tailed keyword in google, analytics said there are 1000 exact searches per month for my keyword, i got maybe 5 hits a day being number one. So that is why im going for the big fish now Greg.

I am not a scrape box expert but ill help you out with the anchor text issue.See the reason why people will tell you to use a lot of anchor texts is to maintain diversity. Now if you keep using one single anchor text google will think you are spamming the shit out of websites and maybe sandbox/deindex your website which you don't want. Coming to using real names as anchor text part. There are two benefit of using an actual name here. 1. Again anchor text diversity. Google will think your website is gaining popularity and people are linking to your site. 2. The chances of getting your comments accepted is higher i.e. if you post a proper comment. Now remember your link might not have the anchor you wish it to have but you are getting a link back to your website right? A link is a link no matter where or how you get it. Just my opinion. I had the same problem, but I dont have the balls to send out 2000 comments on one shot, I would do something a little more lite then I would check links and they would not be there, I figured that scrapebox doesnt work, because I would write detailed comments,

Then I realized if Im sending out comments to all of these sites I dont know what sites content is going to match up with my general comment. I have to ask how do you guys send out all of those links?

My only solution would be to open up each link that is scrapped in the internal browser and proceed to comment that way it may take longer but I know that my content matches, and if they deny me its on some bullshit fuck it its small to a giant. I just keep it moving

are you commenting to the money site or hubs?

Im using my money site for now, but i strongly consider using a page from my linkwheel first and see what happens. Dont forget guys we already have the software, blogs will not go anywhere so its really about quality not quantity in the long term. Although its a numbers game like Bobby said which is true. I think i have made maybe 500 posts in a week and i already see some progress. Im still in the "basement" with this, so a few more weeks of tweaking and fine-tuning and maybe i will be ready to do bigger numbers. But no rush. Good luck for all. I think you're better off linking your money site along with all your articles leading to the money site. It is a numbers game but mix up all those sites in commenting. And find alot of useful comments and spin the hell out of them.

SB is an awesome tool, I have seen great increases of backlinks from using it. But have to continuously use it, but not to overdo it. Always make new names, new emails and new comments. As for your money site, if it has many diff pages on it, link to those too.

if you are this "absolute beginner" then i highly recommend you spend a couple years learning the basics of white hat seo. if you don't even understand the architecture of the search space and the time periods to expect for things to take place, then you are going to end up putting a gun in your mouth trying to do BH out of the gate. take some time, learn to rank some super easy terms, really learn the architecture of the web. this is assuming you are an absolute beginner at seo, period.

if not, then bang away, and you'll pick up SB as you go.

only 50 ? you may want to try alot more than that. it may help . not sure. but scrapebox, something i might need to look into

Hey I didn't read the whole thread becouse its 4 AM in here but let me give you some basic INFO:
When you are in the commenter there are 5 fields:
Names - You should use EITHER your keywords like Gym|Fitness|Training|BodyBuilding or a mix of names and keywords (better approval rate) like Gymbob|JohnsonFitness|LucyTraining|BodyBuildingTroy
Websites - Its the list of websites you want to send links to
BLogs - The list of blogs you want to spam.
E-mails - E-mail that can be generated by Scrapebox but I reccomend taking 15 minutes of your time and writing casual e-mails like:
gamerjohny93
lussyfun84
etc
Comments- I reccomend writing comments between 15 and 100 words(or more if you can be bothered). If you can't spin them good don't spin them at all just write ALOT(Like instead of having 10 spun ones write 40 unspun ones). I am saying this becouse they have to make sense if you want them approved...

About no Links Showing up.
Its becouse you are using a non-auto approve list. 1500 Successful means 1500 comments were Submitted Succesfully. Out of those 1500 depending on your comments/names/e-mails/websites you can expect anywhere between 0 and 300 approved excluding the auto-approve ones which you will immediatly get a backlink from.
