search for scrapebox lists on BHW to get ready made scraped targets that are tested and build your lists using them as reference.

There is an option, guess its the T button which you can use to specify custom time.

alaltaierii is spot on. Its not a footprint, google does not support time ranges thru footprints, they only support it thru the actual query url its self (in our case, or thru the gui on the page in a browser, which generates the search query string/url).
So you just use a normal footprint and then use the custom harvester.
