I have a lot of images to scrape for a new project I'm working on, and I simply can't scrape any images. A couple of days ago I "tested" the addon because I never used it before, and I added 300 images for 1 keyword and everything went smooth so I said "ah perfect, this is what I need".

Today when I try to scrape, it doesn't want to get even 1 image, I keep getting Error 503.

I cleared cookies, runed ccleaner, added free proxies (scraped), added paid proxies, and I still have that error.

This has been going on for the past 10 hours, it's the same...

I read somewhere it has to do with Google cause it's overwhelmed and stuff like that, but I mean for the last 10 hrs ? :(

I urgently need to scrape images, any solutions please ? Or a different similar free tool ?

not sure how this particular scraper works, but if it isn't using the Google API, then the scraper will get hit by a CAPTCHA presented by google after a certain number of queries. if theres no accomodation for the CAPTCHA, then it will fail because the html formatting of the results will not exist.
 
Generally ongoing 503s are a sign that your proxies are all burned out.

If you just need thumbs you can scrape them using the DownloadThemAll addon for Firefox.
 
well even without proxies its not working...

Wow that's awesome. I needed to grab a buttload of images tomorrow and didn't even notice this addon. I heart scrapebox so so much.
 
If I'm not mistaken, it looks like Google Changed the URL location of their images.

I might be wrong but I seem to remember the image location being: image google and now it has changed to google imghp. If I'm right, it would take an internal sb update to the scraping location of the images. PM me so we can find a way around this.
 
Just updated SB and re ran a campaign with 0 results. I'm scraping for fresh proxies now just to make sure. Will keep updated.
 
Just got done gathering 19 fresh proxies. Tried a list of elite proxies last night from pg and no success there either. Looks like we're stuck boys and girls. SB isn't gathering images until they reset the location from where it's looking for images. PM me with ideas.
 
It appears I have also become over reliant on SB for scraping my images. Luckily, I'm an impatient SOB and had to find an alternative until the SB addon is back online. In the interim, I have come across:

Ginipic - (not my SW btw)(did I also mention zero cost)

What means google image scraper by scrapebox? Downloads images from a niche in your pc?

Man, even if an addon in scrapebox is not working - Holy shit what you can actually do with this tool!
