Just before I start my post, please don't flame me! I love SB, but have some issues with it... The software itself is great, so I'm not putting SB down ;)

My first problem (although not related to the title of the post) is there are some settings in SB which aren't documented anywhere - I even searched google. So what does the "fast poster connection balancing" do?

Now to my main question - Almost all WP are nofollow... That leaves us with BE or MT - I know that BE is largly do-follow but the slow commenter ruins that for me because I have not got enough time :) Can anyone say anything about MT?

Are trackbacks generally do or no follow?

Also, if i press the "E" button next to any of the fields like websites, blog lists, emails, names, etc... it loads it up but then posts to about 1 per minute and i am unable to close the text editor that comes up meaning i must end the process.

Occasionally when posting it will just begin to go slow, about 1 per minute... i cant open any menus like settings or options, and must close the process - there doesn't seem to be a pattern to this so i can't say why it happens :)

I should probably post this when I'm a bit more sober, but I am on a plane tomorrow for 13 hours ;)

So the reason i chose my title for this post is because, WP is generally no-follow and BE is so slow. Anyone care to change my mind? :)

(once again, please don't flame - just some questions and such).

    Cheers! :third:

i don't post on any wp blogs, because
    1. like you said, they are nofollow
    2. hardly find any autoaprove wp blogs

i only post on be blogs. i let it run over night or when i leave the house. only solution so far for me.
downside of be is there aren't too many blogs around like with wp.

    THat is VERY slow.

I get posting speeds on slow past about 10x that (10 a minute minimum)

Are you using crappy scraped proxies?

As for one good link a minute - that would still be fine for me. I leave it on overnight posting to about 5000+ sites. It has normally finished a couple of hours after I go to bed, but once or twice it has still been running when I| walk into my office with my morning coffee.

Yup nofollow is crap. BUt blog commenting is only one thing Scrapebox does.

Pinging you web2.0 holdings, adding views to your articles etc.
Sussing out the opposition - you name it

Also use the custom footprints for completely differnt sites. There is a thread here with several really good ones in.

Again though - with poor public proxies this is often very slow - or completely fails. I can't comment much on them though as I would never consider using them.
I get 20 private proxies (sole usage for the duration of my contract) for about $35 a month. 10 would probably be enough though, about $20.

Use them on all sorts of apps.

So who cares if 60% of wordpress is no-follow.

    Be inventive, use the tool.
Use other tools as well. It's only one tool in your box. Have a handful of gadgets to turn to when things get sticky. One is not enough for anything really. create,spin,post,bookmark,ping..... scale up

Enjoy Scrapebox though. 2 years ago you'd have needed at least three tools to do what it does.

Enjoy your flight - going somewhere nice?

thanks for your posts. Going to Asia btw ;)

I am not new to Internet marketing and blackhat in the sense i have been learning (in fact i would say leaching up until now) for about a year here. I have only just decided to start.

Probably the worst way to start - Adsense. I have one site, because I am trying to find a good reliable domain provider than does free whois protection... I will then use scrapebox in a variety of ways to get high for some clickbank (i hope ;) ).

I have got 4-6 clicks that are real in adsense netting me about £5. This is a long way off of the £60 i need to cashout.

I set aside £80 to invest on tools to being IM and BH, i have spent that on some article writing software and scrapebox. While i currently have very little to give back to BHW, I still would appreciate some advice on where to go from here. I do not expect somebody to say "go to this site, do this, click pay out, get money" but just some guidance would be nice. I have not made a typical "im new and need help plzplzplz can you help pls thanks plz bye thanks" post because i feel as though that is a waste of everyones time. The amount of methods that are here, I am yet to find the right method that has paid out. CB sites and Adsense are the way im getting set up so far - what do you think?

Also, any suggestions as to how to improve the productivity of SB?

    Thanks!

EDIT: When it goes slow, it is because of a bug - not when i use slow commenter (because i dont use it at all ;) )

I've noticed it doesn't really move my sites up. Granted, I use it on a much smaller scale than many people. I try to get no more than 100 comments as "posted" per site. I'm sure no more than a few of them actually get put up. The difference is, I'm using them on my money sites and I'm not risking anything with this. It's more so stabilizing them than anything.

I have yet to really try and use most of the tools though. I'll have to look into them more to get the most of scrapebox I guess.

The only site i operate right now previously was an autoblog - got lots of posts (about 2k) in about a week with no money. I decided to write my own after that (but keep the old ones). For sure the ones i write my self get high rankings and are my most popular. I have written 4 - one every two days. for one of them, i am on page two wandering between 1st-6th although only 5 days ago i was on page 6. I cant get it onto first page when competing against large (although partly untargeted) sites. My second is similar to my first, 2nd page for the keyword in google about 2nd in 2nd page to 6th in third page... changes hourly. My other post is on page 8 (moved up from 9 after about 3 days) and sticking around there. I have done about 10k success posts on SB for all 3, but very little approved so far (only been 1 day since massive posting though).

    Any suggestions? :)

I agree BlogEngine is slow but hey, it still works and that's what counts.

Also, nofollow wordpress backlinks are VERY useful. You need to mix in some nofollow backlinks with **************** ones to make the backlinking look right.

The best thing about scrapebox is that it is like a swiss army knife. You can use it for a lot of different things and it is still worth the money. I do not do any blog commenting with it at all any longer and it is still worth the money I spent on it. Using the custom footprint I can find a huge amount of forums to post to using other software, I can use it to check pr to see which sites are worth going after, I can use it to sort my lists of sites and get rid of duplicates, and also help get my backlinks indexed as well. I probably get my purchase price back every day in time saved.

I ran a test using SB exclusively for my anchor text. I moved up 8 spots in 15 days and that was from page 2 so you can guess where I am now. BTW this is for a decently competitive term too.

I use a mix of all the blogs available. I've been using this tool for a while though so I have a firm grasp of how to get the most out of it.

But to answer your question this tool will get you moving in the right direction for serps if used correctly. I test all my methods and record everything so I can track which methods produce the most results.
