Scrapebox - Freezes

HI,

i bought scrapebox yesterday, it is working fine, but when i run my comment poster, after a while whole software freezes. so the list get stuck , n i have no idea wat is posted and wat is failed.

it looks as if Scrapebox is very very very memory hungry. is this common, or me being a noob missing any settings.

There's no reason it should freeze, unless your running a very old CPU, or have a low RAM; anything 1GB RAM or above should be fine; I can run 10 SB's on this kind of PC spec. with no problem.

Some common newbie mistakes are not having good proxies, using a bad list or not tweaking the connections/settings.

My computer tends to freeze on the slow poster for whatever reason. I have 4g of ram and a decent processor so that's not an issue. Really frustrating because scrapebox doesn't save it's spot

I experienced crashes at certain points of posting, then I read somewhere that it might be caused by too long links - I filtered all above 300 character I believe and that helped it. I had like 5 or 6 of those links so it wont really hurt your list.
Worth a try if nothing else.

ye this is what happening to me as well. and im running a hi spec system as well. i tried unticking the "load image" option, but it dint help much.

hmmmmm.

thank guys for replaying. may be SB is just getting used to my system.. u know new relationship pbms.

Nah it's been happening to me for a while I've had scrapebox for over a year . I don't really know how to submit the bug. Best thing to do is to look where it freezes then truncate list up to that point and start posting again from there.

same problem I have a list that I scraped 250k or so it freezes computer after some time.....

Hy.

Can you please tell us your configuration and your SB settings, because there are many reason why this may happen.
