have anyone experienced this? after about 2 or 3 hours of blasting, when you open websites your connection gets some "time out", sometimes it can't open websites anymore when browsing and you need to reset your dsl modem to get your normal connection back.

Sounds like flood protection on your router.

decrease # of connections in SB. Or try just using slow posting method

That's the first thing I would be trying too. I can have only 50 connections going at once off my connection.

That used to happen to me constantly, except it would happen after ~5 minutes of blasting. I tried a bunch of different things (even bought a new modem...) but eventually switched to cable and that fixed it.

i also have cable connection but i do not want to use it because brownouts in our area is notoriously high, there is always some 2-5 minute power outage everyday. cable connections would only mean disconnection during power failure.

DSL still operates even if there are power failures and my PC is connected to a UPS 24/7 and is immune to short duration power outages.

the only porblem is that my DSL connection gets bogged down by Scrapebox when i am blasting.
