[scrapebox] free or private proxy for checking aablog?

Hi all,
in your opinion is it better free or private proxy for checking links of the auto approve blog using scrapebox? I am using free proxy but I am not so sure. I am afraid
of losing performance with free proxy. What's your choice: free or private? Thank you in advance for your advices.
