ScrapeBox Error TimeOut

I get this a lot on the Blog Analyzer. (250 connections, no proxies).

This is on a machine with win2k3 all patches on, TCPIP Optimizer settings applied, 50 Mbps download speed, 12 Mbps upload speed (according to speedtest.net), 2 GB RAM.

Any ideas how to fix it?

If I move it down to 100 connections, there are very few.
