Scrapebox Domain Name Lookup Doesn't Work?

Does anyone know how to use this properly? I've tried using the domain name lookup feature but it never works. Some domains it says they're available (and they're not) and some it says are taken (and they're available). Any idea on best practices to get this working properly? Thanks in advance
