Scrapebox does not work for me..Help Me..

Before you bash me.. I'm not really saying scrapebox doesn't work. I wrote the title to get more readers/listeners =]


Method A: Posting comments with the money site URL inside the actual comment

Example for Method A:

" Hey how are u blah blah blah www.domain.com" (that's how the comment looks)

Method B: Posting comments using the name portion as my anchor text and writing a normal message

Example for Method B:

Name = "Keyword Anchor Text"
Comment = " Hey nice blog, you can use a little more design in your header"


Using Google to check backlinks: ( site:www.domain.com )

When I use Method A ... I get a million backlinks

When I use Method B... I get 0 backlinks... PERIOD

Just because I am using the anchor text instead of typing out the url in the message I get 0 backlinks



Checking Via Yahoo Site Explorer:

Method A ... I get all the backlinks shown

Method B ... I get all the backlinks shown




Please don't tell me that yahoo site explorer is the real measure of backlinks.... Google SERP does not count YAHOO backlinks.

I tested it myself on a new domain. I had backlinks with anchor text in YAHOO site explorer... yet I was no where in the top 40 pages within a google keyword that only had 20,000 competing pages.

I have also WAITED For 3 weeks to see ONE single website indexed via anchor text to no avail.

Please your thoughts suggestions ... anything is appreciated

PS: I used Scrapebox to get other properties indexed and that hasn't been working for me either

Scrapebox is a very POWERFUL tool... It just hasn't been working for me.

Are your example comments the actual type of comments that you are using with scrapebox? If so, that would probably explain the low success rate. I wouldn't approve a comment like that, neither would most other bloggers.

As far as the power of scrapebox. I have seen very large serp jumps with auto commenting and they usually stick. You have to use good comments that relate to the blog post. Try to include specific words that would be found in the individual posts that the comments are on. This way when Google finds the comment, they think that is related to the post and not scrapebox spam.

It's true - scrapebox is powerful and it works to post comments. But the number of spammers out there is too high and it's overly used to the point where all the sites being posted on get tons of links and the value of the pr being passed is diluted.

bro come on.. you really think I'm using comments like that? I am using very good comment spins... and I'm posting 25 different spun comments!

I am having the same problem with anchor text backlinks not showing in google.

SB is only news. It only helps getting ur site indexed, the rankings might increase you short term, but then drop even lower once you stop.

Forgot to ask: Is anyone having trouble posting to BE? SB keeps crashing on me today ever since I applied the update. I just dusted it off straight from my closet.

i tried getting my "articles" indexed... and no it doesn't help you're articles get indexed.

If you blast it enough it will, might take a few days thought. Try the Ident{i} trick and ping the page, this works for me.

Awful thread. There's nothing inherently wrong with ScrapeBox. It's a fantastic tool that you're using wrong if you encounter these problems. Perhaps you could consider it your own fault if you do not decide to test what works and what doesn't before complaining.

Furthermore, saying that it only helps get your site is bullocks. You're speculating on the complete purpose of backlinks in Google's SERP formula, and you're doing it wrong. It's well-agreed upon that backlinks are huge in determining a sites rank, and making the claim that ScrapeBox's backlinks are somehow less effect is, to put it in layman's terms, fucking retarded.

Just because it gets you a million backlinks doesnt make it useful. Sweetfunny herself said to use the Name Portion to enter our anchor text... well here I am, after entering the anchor text I get 0 backlinks... so tell me my friend... What are we "doing" wrong... a 5 year old kid could get scrapebox to run. I've tried different things within scrapebox and haven't gotten the anchor text comments to do jack shit for me.

Dude SB only helps you get traffic, visits, click, index and etc. Not that powerful but it is a very cool and good tool.

If you wanna get a good SERP's result from Big G's page you need to have posting with your link under your "anchor text" that you are promoting. Simple as that.

Note: That's why yahoo displays everything because they do not have an algorithm like google that filter out sites that are close and relevant to the searched keyword.

Hope this clear things up a bit. To other readers on this thread.... :shakehand

We are using anchor text... we get 0 backlinks when we do this...

The only backlinks we receive are in yahoo site explorer

I've waited over a month to receive any anchor text backlinks on google... still nothing

I make it a clickable hyperlink... i get backlinks with method a... with Method B.. nada

He has started countless threads, and has been told already be he just doesn't seem to get it.

The only thing that doesn't work is his method for checking Google backlinks, even if he got an anchor text link on Google's homepage he still wouldn't find it with his method.

Anyways, I didn't bash you, I bashed your awful, awful thread, because after claiming you're talking about getting people's attention and trying to teach them how to use ScrapeBox, you use terms like "ScrapeBox fanatics" and asking where they are in this thread? Quit getting so angry and actually make an argument for your awful awful thread like you said you would.
