Scrapebox daily routine: Anyone got one?

Hi,

Does anyone have a daily routine they follow with their Scrapebox. I have 4 sites that I want to promote using it but end up just playing around with it without any purpose. What is a good routine for each day. I am familiar with all the options and how to use them but I am not sure on safe limits to post to daily and things like that. Im looking for some help like....

1. scrape keywords
2. grab wordpress doamins.......etc etc

With only 4 sites be careful with a daily routine.

You'll wind up needing glasses! If you play with that thing too much!

i just bought it myself. i think i will focus on one site a day and just rotate through them. that way there are not too many backlinks at once and they all get equal attention. scrape...harvest...post.

I agree, there's only so much you can do before you fill up the internet. lol

well, mabye not quite, but still you get the idea. If your smart (I wasn't) you'll harvest the high pr blog posts rather than just whatever gets returned.

I've since started doing that, and While it's more time consuming it's definitely worth it in the long run.

Here is what I do:
1) Got 100 keywords...
2) Scraped about 500k URLs.
3) Removed dups, got about 250K
4) Removed high outbound links, removed low pr
5) Comment on 2k links each day for the next 2-3 weeks....
