If you update to .39 beta 7 and then do this
settings >> harvester engine configuration >> import > download default engines.
You may also want to try the beta harvester, for some people, the standard harvester doesn't work due to the html returned for their ips, from the engines.
I have a video on my youtube channel as well showing alot of how to do this.
but google, yahoo and bing changed some stuff and made it really hard to scrape, so scrapebox had to do updates, but your version is too old to work.
