Is there a better way to do this? Big keyword list + footprints... how can I merge without it crashing or what third party tool can I use?

Maybe your kw list and footprints list is too large?

Split your text up buddy! No reason In harvesting huge keyword lists when only 1 million URL's will get harvested.

I use the above software. Can split your list Into as many parts as you want.
