Hey!

I have a problem. My scrapebox is crashing very easily. Somehow 150k links is too much for it also now it crashed on 8k links.

I'm using Win 2008 server with latest updates. Please tell me what's wrong. BTW I have enough ram and CPU.

I see, but do you think Windows 2008 doesn't work for SB ?

Are you getting the dialog to report the crash or is the app just hanging/freezing? If you get a dialog to report the crash, send it in - it is *not* the standard Win error report, this one goes just to the ScrapeBox development team and has some useful debug info for them to look at.

today i was posting on 100k blogs and it got freeze.. weird..maybe i was out of ram dont know really.Got to do some more testing with SB on my new vps

Same problem here. every time i load a huge list (100K above) it's always freeze. Also in the middle of scraping sometimes it's error crash. Hump..but when commenting on 2k-5k list, no problem.

I actually just finished a run of posting to 800K blogs. Everything ran correctly right up until posting finished and the report began comping. At which point the software crashed.

Now if I want to know which blogs are auto approve from the 800K list I need to run over all of them, rather than the 170K odd that reported success.

yeah I had same problems for a while today. it was right after the auto update to 1.15.2 then the problems subsided after I started splitting files up smaller...

Hey aReJay I had same problem.. I did around 1.5 mil and 6mil posting :D and after posting was done everything freezed. I will upgrade my system to 2GB RAM and lower poster speeds maybe it will work.

I use Scrapebox on win 2008 and haven't had any crash issues. I am often working with lists of several thousand links/URL's. So I am guessing that the problem isn't with win 2008.

my scrapebox freze on won 7 if i hrvest a huge numbers of connection simultaniously, also, it's crash when submit... i have a lot cp, ram, and bandwidth. for to work, i nedd to se minimum connection per process, and it's wok fine, just it, verry slow

I believe there are problems with scrapebox and some hardwares. Are you guys running nvidia solutions for your displays? And if so are the drivers latest or fairly new? I must use drivers from 2009 or my ScrapeBox will crash at random too. Try my solution and see if it works.

I have been having problems with scrapebox on Win 7 pro as well.

Instead of rewriting here the problem, the thread I started is here

Code:
hxxp://www(dot)blackhatworld.c0m/blackhat-seo/black-hat-seo-tools/256869-scrapebox-crashing-my-internet-dns-ping-still-ok.html

I am trying to find out if anyone else is having the same problem on Win 7 pro.

PS The moderation system here is a bit excessive, I can't even post a link to another thread here on BHW.

I dont think RAM is the issue,

I'm running 4GB and suffering this ussue. Can't imagine that SB should run out of memory when its really not doing that much work.

My scrapebox crashes litterally everytime I run slowposter. Small or big list it will crash. Running Windows 7 64 bit

after the probs yesterday, no probs at all today.

ram: yeah my scrapebox is only taking up about 100mb mem, but it does a lot of crunching in that space so who knows? if you guys get the submit error dialog box be sure to submit it to scrapebox so they have some data to analyze for the next update release...

i find slow poster not worth the time.
for the amount of time it takes to chug along with slow poster trying to make a last attempt on the remainder of the list, I can blast another two full scrapes.
