scrapebox crashes immediately

every time I try to harvest, it says
scrapebox encountered a crash
Access violation at address....

and it crashes.

I tried the 32 bit and 64 bit versions, both gave the same result

Contact Support, Must be problem with your machine. Some Settings might have to be done.

Try buying it instead of downloading it.

Did you update to .54? they had a few issues with some stuff when they launched .51 and wound up at .54 in short order, and your issue was one on the change log. So make sure you update and its probably solved

I had the same issue tonight and did a bug report. Very funny loopline, because I was watching your video and following your directions on harvesting proxies The crash occurred when I was trying to save the tested proxies to a file.
