Earlier I was trying to us ScrapeBox's unregistered domains checker and the DNS check seems to work fine but when ever a site goes to WHOIS check it always returns "No details". I even tested this with a known domain that was available for registration but it returned the same value not the domain available

Can you give a few example domains? I mean there are a few known TLDs that dont work, but they are little used tlds generally speaking for scrapebox purposes.

Also make sure your scrapebox is up to date, as that would cause it.

I purchased the product yesterday and it is up to date
Of the data that I have been looking into most of them are either .com/.net/.org and every time I run it the DNS pass works fine and then the WHOIS pass always returns "no details" I have not changed any of the settigns for WHOIS either

DNS uses port 43, its possible something on your machine is blocking it. The good news is it works fine for literally tens of thousands of people, so its something to your setup.

Please whitelist scrapebox and the entire scrapebox folder in all security software such as anti-virus, malware checkers and firewalls. Also you can whitelist in your router if your router supports it. Further you can try disabling real time scanning in your security software.

Take note that disabling security software (such as anti-virus, malware checkers and firewalls) often only stops new rules form forming, but allows existing rules to still fire. So you have to fully whitelist in the security software or uninstall the security software(as a test).

Further some security softwar requires you to whitelist in more then one place before it takes effect.

Also note that disabling a router firewall, does actually fully disable it.

I did just test it with

http://cars.com
http://dkdkdkdkdkdlllll.com

and it works fine for me showing cars.com taken and the other nonsense one available.

You could check with your VPS provider, perhaps they block WHOIS checks. Im not sure, I mean its working for me and I know of no one else with the issue so something on your machine is blocking scrapebox or blocking the requests. As to what, Im not 100% certain, but you will have to figure out what it is and go from there.
