Scrapebox "Check Indexed" Tool: Unreliable?

For a few weeks I have been relying on Scrapebox to check if elements of my linkwheels are indexed.

For URLs that it claims are indexed, I search the URL directly in Google and...don't find it.

What's a more reliable way to check if a large list of URLs is Google indexed?

I also use scrapebox for this but have never checked in google myself to see if it's correct.

Apparently market samurai has an index checking feature but I have that too and have never used it, always just stuck to using scrapebox for index checking.
