scrapebox can't activated!

I bought my scrapebox yesterday! It was more than 24 hours,my scrapebox still not activated! I had email the support hours ago!
But I have not received a reply from them!
Anyone who has a same problem?

Support takes some time but it worked for me after a couple of hours. They said they made a server update and told me to try again in 2 hours. It worked. No worries.

Just send them a message again about it and wait.
It will get activated.

I had send them three email! Does the scrapebox support not work in weekend?
