Are the scrapebox blasts that you see on fiverr comments or trackbacks?

If i want to start a similar gig do i have to use fast poster(Comments) or can i just use trackbacks?

It's a mixture of both. I used to offer comments there, but switched over to trackbacks some time ago and no one noticed/complained.

Usually they are blog comments. Though, there are some fiverr users that specify in their gigs what they actually offer: blog comments or trackbacks.
