Scrapebox blast vs linklicious pro

Hi, I am just new to this seo. And I was wondering if I need to scrapebox blast my tier 1 links if I already submitted it to linklicious pro? or is there no need?

If it were me I would blast them and then submit the links you blasted to linklicious. It should help give them a little more linklove in the eyes of google and then that should pass on to your money site.

If you have BMD or another other bookmarking software, I would bookmark all the tier 1's-grab those links and then AMR blast the successful's- SB blast the AMR urls to a large AA list the then submit those "posted" links to linklicious:3

There is no need as far as trying to get Google to find you links, but scraboxing them does help boost them up, so no it doesn't hurt =)
