SCrapebox best setting for Index checker ?

I've around 20 Semi dedicated private proxies. What's the best setting for scrapebox index checker.
I've up to 100k links to check.

Currently set to 60s timeout 100 max connections my IP got blocked fast

100k a quite much, you'll need a lot more than 20 proxies.

The problem is the number of links you're using and your proxies. For example, I'll use 100 proxies, 1 thread, pause of 10 seconds between checks. It takes forever to go through checks, but I can let it run overnight to get results.
