Scrapebox Automator help

I am trying to automate my scrapping for a UD list using Scrapebox Automator and I watched loops video on how to use Automator but unable to layout the way Matthew Woodaward showing it in video #2. Here is what I have so far.

1. use proxies
2. Harvest pproxies
3. Test Proxies
4. harvest keyword
5. harvest URLs ? here where my issue is at. i can I load my KW list and raw foot print but how do I merge your second file you show in Video 2
6. remove duplicates

I am stuck at number 5 and hopes there is a way to automate this so I can have this run when I asleep or at work. If anyone has any input please help.
