Scrapebox can scrape anything, but the article plugin can do mass translations from one language to another. I have it, it's not bad. With a license from The Best Spinner for instance you can scrape articles and do mass spinning too.
I have mostly been using the plugin to do any kind of a bulk/mass function article function like article generation from spintax or word replace, I don't really use it to actually scrape articles. It's also a pretty good bulk poster to WP or Blogger sites.

It scrapes from english sources but you can translate to any language using the google and bing tranlsators built into the article scrpaer.
You said you need a article scraper, but you didn't really say what you need, are you just want to scrape and spin some articles?

Yes, I just want to scrape and spin articles ... it's the cheaper way I think.
I also read conflicting reviews about WAC, KM and SEOCM ... since I am not sure which is good, I will go the cheaper way first.

It's really a good tool,i'm surprized it's not talked about more,it's economical,does amazing things,a crowd pleaser for sure!

WAC is needing special proxy (evaen with private i got problem, not scraping)

SB article scraper is great to mass translate articles. The article scraper part scrapes a couple of dictionaries which depends on your needs could be sufficient. It has a manual spinner which works but it isn't that convenient as The Best Spinner or the other spinner tools. E.g It lacks the ability of jumping to the next word by pressing the TAB key or the lack of dictionaries etc...
I personally like it and worth the $20.
As long as I know WAC is dead.
Regarding SCM and KM both have a trial period. You can try them out for a couple of days and make up your mind.
I vouch for SCM as it can scrape any site and supports foreign language as well but it's a bit pricey.

No it can not.
Yes it makes sense to go the cheaper way. For $20 you can't go wrong and its a lifetime license, so you don't have to pay yearly fees or upgrade costs etc.. It really is a great option.
Also I think they still have their Christmas promo which is all 4 plugins for only $49 normally like $97 for all four. They yellow pages scraper is $37 just by its self.
