I tried queries with non-english characters and these are not passed to Google correct, so the results are not relevant with the original query

Yes!! You are right. I notice the same issue. Instead of the foreign character I see ascii code.

I wish SB was utf-8

yep request that in sales thread :)

contact support and they will probably fix that in the next week..

I saw "v1.14.50 Fix: Encoding with some non-english characters when harvesting"
but still non english characters are not encoded properly

One alternative is to :
1. Go to Google and search what you want with the non-english characters
2. Google encodes your characters with readable characters at the browser line
3. You copy&paste these to scrapebox and works

however this is something you have to do for each word/phrase and will be much better to have a native utf-8 support

Someone in the past made a uft-8 scraper. No its not gonna work with SB. Look around the forum and see if you can find the guy, Idk his name but he was popular with scrapebox list etc.

If you can get SB to change from yahoo.com to yahoo.fr, yahoo.cn google.cn etc etc then I know how to scrape foreign characters with SB.

Utf-8 isn't supported in SB I contacted Support about 8 months ago and they said it isn't support It ,,

No major spam tool supports utf (senuke, xrumer, sb). If you find one, let me know. :D

Q. What languages does ScrapeBox support?
A. It supports the ISO 8859-1 character set, so it supports languages such as English, French, German etc however it does not support Unicode languages such as Chinese, Russian, Hebrew, Arabic.

That's pretty fcked up if you ask me. I hope everyone is doing their part and annoy them about it until they give in! Just drop them an email at: Scrapebox Support <scrapeboxhelp (at) gmail.com>
