Scrapebox and posting comments , articles - Proxy or IPs -

I got a question. Im quite new so pls forgive me if it stupid.

I Need to buy proxies i was thinking to buy :
hide my ip or
from BH user awsomnick1

I need them to 2 programs and manual posting
scrapebox and gsa email spider

Question: If i add post manually or by scrapebox which one will be better to show different ips more often (hidemyip or awsomnick1)? I want to look ''natural'' so need i assume different ips not only proxies am i right ?

Ip is not a problem for posting in 1 or 2 blogs..If you post bulk means then only you can choose proxy ips for publishing
